Q:  How long does it take to receive services/products from MRA Career Services?

A:  Clients will receive any service/product within 24 hours of MRA Career Services receiving the information required to compose that service or product. 

Q:  Why is a social security number required for the "Job Application Assistance" service?

A:  Most employment applications require a social security number in order for the job application to be considered complete.  Without this information an employment application will not be considered complete in the eyes of the potential employer.

Q:  Why is a social security number required for the "Federal Resume" service?

A:  All information submitted on a federal website will be secure.  The federal resume format requires certain information to be considered a federal resume. 

Q:  What if I do not have a resume?  What information is needed to compose a resume?

A:  Full Name; Full Address; Phone number; Email address; High school information (name and dates); College information (name, dates, location, and major); All computer systems ever used (ex: systems used on the job); All computer skills (ex: Microsoft Office programs); All Jobs (name of company, name of position, dates, and location); One sentence on job duties from each job

Q:  What information is needed for the job application assistance service?

A:  Username and password you wish to use; Social security number; All work phone numbers; All work addresses; Reason for leaving each job; Supervisor name and number for each job; Pay of each position; 3 job references (name, phone number, relationship, how long you have known that person, and company name); Distance willing to travel to new job.

Q:  Does MRA Career Services provide refunds?

A:  All services/products are final.  All services require approval from the client to be considered complete. 

Q:  How long after a services does a client have to make changes?

A:  All services require approval from the client to be considered complete.  Once approval is made, a client has 1 week to make any technical changes without being subject to extra fees.  For any formatting changes, a client has up to 1 month to make any changes without being subject to extra fees.
